IT projects success factors: a literature review

Information Technology (IT) projects are enablers of organizational transformation and business growth. Despite the contribution methodologies frameworks for project management, ratio failed IT remains high; then, studying critical success factors persist as an essential issue researches practitioners. This paper presents a systematic literature review focused on compiling synthesizing in projects. The search was conducted using primary journal articles until 2017. All studies agree relevance given their particular characteristics. results indicate there is no clear definition concept; our consolidates criteria into time, budget, system quality, user satisfaction, economic value. Also, vast overlapped list factors; so, this research proposes structure that synthesizes most referenced have common soft attributes involvement, support, communication, commitment. Findings reinforce skills teams.
